Step 1. Go to the website www.mychoiceprepaid.com
Step 2. Click on the First Time Users button. This is the first of the three buttons in the middle of the page.
Step 3. Enter your card number and then your DOB. Your DOB must be entered in the following format. MM-DD-YYYY for example if your date of birth is 29 February 1992 then you would enter your DOB as 02-29-1992
Step 4. Enter your email address and select a password.
Step 5. You will receive an email from apache@cardhelponline.com If you do not receive the email immediately, please check your junk/spam folders. This email contains a link. You will need to click on this link or copy and paste it into your web browser.
Step 6. Please re-enter your card number and DOB. Your card is now activated and your email address is now confirmed in our system. You will now be able to use your email address and password to access the site, allowing you to check your balance, transaction history etc.
Step 7. Please call the telephone number on the back of your Visa card to get your ATM PIN number. Please Note: You will be prompted for a 6 digit PIN, which is your Date of Birth in (DDMMYY) format.
Your card will then be activated and ready for use.
