In order to complete the card registration please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Giftcard Matrix account and click on the link "Register for your Re-Loadable VISA Card"
    (http://www.giftcardmatrix.com/card_registration)
  2. You will be required to upload one document from each category below in order to comply with international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) laws - please ensure you have digital copies of the following ready to upload:
  • Photo ID: A document showing your photograph 
    (driver's license, passport, ID card, student card)
  • Proof of Address: A document showing your address 
    (bank statement, utility bill, solicitors letter, accountants letter)
  • Complete all the fields in the form - be sure to correctly enter your alive matrix username as this is how we link you to your order with us - then press "Continue".

    IMPORTANT: Your documents will then  be uploaded to our server which can take a number of minutes, so please be patient and wait for the Details Confirmation page to appear.

  • When the confirmation page appears you need to press "Apply" to complete your submission. If you don't your details WILL NOT be submitted.
